Chalet Recreation Area

Chalet Bureau of Reclamation Recreation Area is located in northwest Montana near Canyon Ferry Reservoir. This site if for group use only and is available all year or day use activities. Swimming and fishing are popular in the area. Handicapped accessible restroom facilities are provided.

The Chalet Recreation Area is located at the north end of Canyon Ferry Reservoir, approximately 20 miles east of Helena. The area is near Yacht Basin Marina on the west shore of the lake. Yacht Basin Marina is managing this group use area and can be reached at 406-475-3440 for further information.
