Anaconda Chamber & Visitor Center - Anaconda   Anaconda Chamber of Commerce Anaconda, MT 59711 Phone: 406-563-2400 Fax: 406-563-2400       The Anaconda Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center is housed in a replica of a turn-of-the-century railroad station complete with train display. It is centrally located in downtown Anaconda and has a small gift shop. Visitors are provided with local, area and state information. A video of the area is available for viewing. Travel counselors are on hand to answer questions and provide guidance. During the summer months a vintage white bus is used to give historic tours. There is a charge for the tours which run at 10:00am and 2:00pm from the Visitors Center Monday through Saturday.   The Anaconda Visitor Center is located on the Pintler Scenic Route, Montana 1. Traveling east on I-90 exit at Drummond. It is 50 miles on the scenic route to Anaconda. Continue through town, 3 blocks east of the stop light. The Visitor Center is on the left side, you will see the train in front of the building. Traveling west on I-90, take the Anaconda Exit, Pintler Scenic Route. Anaconda is approximately 9 miles from the exit. Follow the information signs once you are in town. Turn left on Cherry Street, The Visitor Center is located on the corner of Cherry and Park.
