Tent sites and trailer sites with utility hookups are available. Elevation of the campground is approximately 5,100 feet above sea level. Motorbikes are permitted at the campground. Fishing access is available near the site. Laundry facilities, store and fuel are available on site for your convenience. The charge for group camping is $8.50 per person. The campground is also close to Yellowstone National Park and many of the blue ribbon fisheries Montana is noted for, including the Ruby, Yellowstone, Gallatin, Beaverhead, Jefferson and Madison rivers as well as their tributaries. There are numerous alpine lakes for additional fishing, on or near Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, a fishing and hunting paradise.   Alder / Virginia City KOA is located less than one mile east of Alder on Highway 287 or nine miles west of Virginia City. We are close to Yellowstone National Park and 60 miles west of Dillon, Montana.
